Festival history

The series shows how poor children from all over the world play with toys they made themselves. Set to a robust hip-hop beat and snappily edited, the children show their stuff. What do you do if you want to drive a Formula 1 racecar, but the only thing you have are some tin cans? Children in Sri Lanka have the answer. Since they lack the money to buy toys, they have become very clever at making their own things. Dilum and Buddhl drive in race cars made of tin cans, an old flip-flop and some wire. The sandy terrain of the local temple makes an ideal racetrack. For them, "Racing cars is the most fun there is.
