In a place where violence is rife and gang membership is a normal way to defend your neighborhood, what path would you take? Yair lives in Cali, Colombia, the 11th most violent city in the world. Homicide is rampant there, and more than 40% of the city’s murders take place in the district of Aguablanca. As Yair travels around Aguablanca and stops to talk to his neighbors, can you guess which path he will take? This film is part of Why Poverty?, a groundbreaking cross-media event taking place in November 2012, urging people around the world to ask this question.
