Skin
Geoff is a 62-year-old Australian who's turning his body into his magnum opus. When he was 42, he got his first tattoo of a flower and decided to add to his collection every year. Along with his regular tattoo artist Ex de Medici, he's in the process of perfecting his body. Now that he's retired, his arms can finally be marked with permanent ink, too. The eventual goal is to turn his entire skin into a "suit of flowers." By the way, Geoff has another ambition: when he dies, he wants his skin to be exhibited in a museum. Geoff's skin is his property, his identity. Rhys Graham's short documentary is part of the Australian trilogy , which also includes the short documentaries and . The connecting element is body art.
