Appearances are deceptive. Right after World War II, HITLER LIVES warns us about the Germans. They seem to be nice, the message is, but in reality they are extremely aggresive and obsessed with power. The filmmaker has evidence for this statement. After all, the Germans have three wars to their name, in which they have not shrunk from cruelties. According to a reviewer in the U.S., this documentary should be screened every half year in order not to forgive and forget! This film also plays up to the European fear for the enemy that must not be allowed to return.
