Brieven aan God

The first commandment contains a warning about worshipping other deities. Translated to our time, this film deals more with the question of whether people believe in the existence of God at all. In LETTERS TO GOD, three couples are introduced, each of which in a different way has had a moving experience with their child. For one couple, this was the death of a child, for another the miraculous birth of one. These experiences have influenced their belief in God. Director Vuk Janic lets the parents express their feelings of happiness, grief, fear and anger in the form of letters to God.
