Blue, Karma, Tiger
This original animated documentary is about the three Swedish graffiti artists Blue, Karma and Tiger. Sound fragments in which the girls discuss their motives are represented by means of clay figures in stop-motion animation. This is reminiscent of Aardman's , but the film also implements other digital animation techniques. In this manner, an animated figure can create a on the wall of a real subway station, or on the camera lens. The power girls Blue, Karma and Tiger all have their own style and ideals, and the film captures them using elements of fantasy. A janitor who is supposed to remove the graffiti also talks about his work. Despite the fact that he likes some of these graffiti works, he still has to get rid of them. Especially the graffiti that is critical of society - that is to say, what the authorities would deem offensive.
