In Praise of Nothing

“In Praise of Nothing” is a satirical documentary parable about Nothing, filmed by dozens of cinematographers from around the globe in an exciting collective brainstorming process.

The shooting is divided into 5 stages, from carte blanche to full instructions, with extensive collaborative analysis of the footage through an anonymous submission & discussion platform.

The film is meticulously researched and -- needless to say -- narrated by Nothing itself, in all its post-ideological eloquence ~

The IDFA-Bertha Fund contribution is aimed at covering essential production costs for 15 cinematographers based in 15 non-European, hard-to-fund, DAC-listed countries, with 1000eur each.
