Sick of it All
13 years ago, Luca was born to happy parents. Five years later, her parents separated, but this wasn't the end of their arguments. Luca's parents hate each other's guts and their fights have grown worse over the years. They only communicate through lawyers, or through Luca. For eight years, she has listened to her parents' mutual reproaches. Sometimes she feels as if her head will explode from all the scorn she has to endure. A few years ago, Luca drew up her own contract demanding that their bickering stop. Like other kids, she still dreamt that things would improve. But meanwhile, Luca has gotten used to the hatred. She now dreams of turning 18 and leaving home. Why? Because she's sick of it all.
