Festival history

In Stalin's Soviet Union, a little boy named Pavlik was a true hero. He was the boy who did not hesitate to turn his own father over to the police, and Stalin used him as an example for thousands of schoolchildren. People who dared to report the enemies of communism to the authorities often received their possessions as a reward.
