Montenegro. Wide mountainous rocky region Cuce is without anysurface water. Dryness and thirst rule the lives of mostly elderly people in scattered villages. Three young (or not so young) men share this suffering, but have a harder thirst: no girl on their horizon. They could easily remain lonely for the rest of their lives. They developed specific activities in order to replace this lack so they became (kind of) dandy, sportsman, artist... How absurd, how aimless, in almost abandoned region, remote and hidden from the authorities who declared Montenegro will be Balkan’s Monaco...
