Report Forms
Report forms are the way to track what happened during the day. This will be read by the location producers at the beginning of every day before the production meeting. It's important to fill this in at the end of every shift so any issues that come up can be discussed and dealt with during the production meeting.
Please keep track of:
- Calamities with visitors (no tickets, latecomers, angry visitors, etc.)
- Ticket issues / low scan rates
- Late start of shows
- Leftover food / shortage of food
- Programme magazines
- Other important information you want to share
