- In each Cinema, 1 wheelchair space can be created in the first row. Please reserve in advance via the chatbox in the lower right corner of IDFA.nl or by emailing service@idfa.nl.
- A toilet for wheelchair users is available on the ground floor, next to the wheelchair elevator.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
- The Ketelhuis offers listening support via MobileConnect in all cinemas.
- There is a disabled parking space next to Het Ketelhuis. This space can be entered from the Westergasbrug, then please report to the porter.
The poster crew visits regularly to hang up new posters at the agreed locations. It is not allowed to put posters everywhere. You coordinate this, filmmakers sometimes want to try to hang their poster.
The distribution coordinator, Laurie, is responsible for distributing programme magazines to put in the racks. You can also call Laurie if you need more snacks.
Lunch: At the bar you can order lunch during a day shift.
Diner: During an evening shift you can order dinner at the bar.
Drinks: During your shift, you can also order drinks (coffee/tea/sodas) on the account of IDFA. Make sure the volunteers also get some drinks and food.
Two volunteers are scheduled per shift to scan the tickets at the door. You will receive a schedule from the volunteer coordinators every day. It can be that there are scheduled more due to a large amount of volunteers.
